UPOV, the International Union for the Protection of new Varieties of Plants has organised a seminar on Essentially Derived Varieties (EDVs). At this seminar Vondst will be represented by Tjeerd Overdijk and Bart Kiewiet. Tjeerd Overdijk will give a presentation on legal cases in the Netherlands involving EDV disputes.
