Herwin Roerdink speaks at NVvIR about apps and intellectual property rights

During the Spring Meeting of the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR) lectured about apps and intellectual property. The Spring Meeting, that took place on 18 June and attracted over 100 participants, was dedicated to apps. Next to a topic on privacy aspects of apps, Dimitri Tokmetzis, journalist at The Correspondent , discussed the technical side of apps.

During his presentation, Herwin addressed the protection of apps through copyrights and trade mark rights, he discussed the terms of various app stores and the various arrangements app developers and their clients should make in order to achieve a successful collaboration.
